Cabaret

The Atmosphere of Berlin, 1931: What Does it Look Like?
In 1931 Berlin, the city was not well-off economically and, while both the Nazis and the citizens were against communism, the city was torn between the youth supporting the Nazis and the rest of the city opposing them.

Who and Where are the Nazis?
While the Nazis in Berlin of 1931 were not tolerated in the cabaret and other public places, they remained violent and aggressive, and were constantly attacking and killing innocent citizens.

What is the Point of the Cabaret?
The cabarets of 1931 Berlin gave the citizens a place to escape the horrors of the outside world, however, they mirrored it's violence in their performances without the audience's immediate knowledge.
