Baghdad Bombing

On August 19, 2009 a suicide bomber driving a truck full of explosives, bombed the Foreign Ministry Building. My first question on the situation was, "Which radical group was it that bombed the building, and why would they target the foreign ministry building?" In order to answer the question I would need to answer two specific questions about the Foreign Minister. First, what type of affairs was the Foreign Minister dealing with, and how did it affect these radicals? Not only is it important to find out what they were doing before the bombing but it is important to figure out why would the radicals interfere and come to those intense measures.
