North Korean Missiles

What do the other countries near North Korea such as Russia, China and America think of these missile firings?

This question is important to me because earlier this summer North Korea tried to launch several missiles in the direction of Hawaii. In this case whether the intent was to hit Hawaii or not, failed if it was headed toward Hawaii. It is now apparent that North Korea has the capability to launch long range missiles at will. Russian officials have recently expressed concern about not only the missiles but unsuccessful launches that might send dangerous debris into their borders. Also the United States has stated that if a North Korean missile is headed to American territory, they will intercept it with their own defenses.

  1. It has a good overview of the current event and how other countries are overreacting. What is Obama planning to do about North Korea before they attack first? I think the heat of the story is coming from the countries who are particularly enemies with North Korea and the countries who feel threatened by this testing, such as Japan, America, China, and South Korea.

  2. I am suprised that the United States did not retaliate to North Korea firing missiles at Hawaii. After all Hawaii is a state and part of the United States. I would of expected the United States to at least make a bigger deal of the testings, I believe that the testings should have been on the front page of every newspaper in the nation; the United States need to stop lying down and let North Korea know that they will not continue to watch North Korea flex it's muscles.
